Jason Wilcox, a Seattle native and successful business owner, has more than 18 years’ in depth experience in multifamily housing and commercial real estate transactions.  As an experienced owner and manager of a real estate portfolio, he offers a unique perspective to clients seeking to purchase, sell, or maintain multifamily housing and commercial real estate assets.

Jason has successfully brokered a number of complex transactions, including the purchase and sale of troubled assets requiring lien holder and probate court approvals, as well as a variety of real estate transactions involving international investors.

In addition to his role as a business owner, Jason works as a broker, specializing in multifamily investing and commercial sales and leasing, at Real Estate Investment Services (REIS), a boutique commercial real estate investment firm with offices in Seattle, Tacoma, Kent, and DuPont.

Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, is a licensed real estate broker, and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of Realtors.  He has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute.  Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
